WA punk rockers The Decline will be hitting the road again for another much anticipated national tour in February 2012 to launch their latest album ‘Are You Gonna Eat That?. Due to immense Facebook pressure they will finally be playing their first shows in Queensland.
The Decline’s second album, ‘Are You Gonna Eat That?’ follows its predecessor ‘I’m Not Gonna Lie To You’ with their signature punk sound and social awareness, however, delves deeper into the evolution of relationships and the life of a touring band. ‘Are You Gonna Eat That?’ was recorded at Underground Studios by Adam Round in Perth, mixed and mastered by Jason Livermore at The Blasting Room, Colorado and was released in September 2011 on AustralianPunk/Hardcore label PEE RECORDS.
The Decline have been aurally assaulting Australia extensively since their debut album securing a loyal fan base with their own breed of full throttle punk rock. The ‘Are You Gonna Eat That’ tour will commence on February 2nd in Adelaide and finishing up in their home town of Perth, February 15th.
The Decline have cemented themselves in the Aussie music scene playing with touring artists such as Frenzal Rhomb, No Fun At All, The Flatliners, Strike Anywhere, No Use For A Name, Pour Habit, Unwritten Law, Smoke Or Fire, Nikola Sarcevic (Millencolin) and many more.
