Furchick is celebrating the release of her first solo CD at Bar 459, Rosemount Hotel at 8pm on Friday 5 November with a diverse and eclectic line-up of solo artists.   

Furchick plays a nonchalantly delivered slice of experimentalism, at times discordant but never repellent. A playful, adventurous ethic …will stick in your memory like chocolate on your pearl-white frock. Claire Pannell is performing solo with her music project as Furchick. Supported by Laura Jane Lowther is Kučka who plays a melodic merry go round of beats, noise, loops and vocals, with a touch of darkness + Hayley Beth who plays acoustic bluesy neo-soul folk, big obnoxious vocals + Li'l Leonie Lionheart has lo-fi R&B anti-folk, played gently and anxiously + Amber Fresh creates music from bedroom folk to expansive loop improvisations, sometimes as a soloist and sometimes in the bands Rabbit Island, Triangles and The Gulls + Kittentopia will be making her debut spoken word performance.
